Terms and Conditions

1. Loan Agreement and Acceptance

- By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined herein.

- I agrees to repay the loan amount, including the applicable interest, in accordance with the repayment schedule.

2. Default and Consequences

- In the event that the I fail to make the required payments as per the agreed schedule, the company reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to recover the outstanding amount, including but not limited to legal proceedings.

3. Legal Implications

I acknowledge and agree that any court within Nigeria shall have the authority to convict me and treat the case as criminal offense until full payment is made, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
